As a general rule, we do not work on websites that we did not build ourselves, as working in someone else’s code can get messy. If you need work on your existing site, we are not the team for you.

You might find some hot tips on how to fix the site yourself in our blog.

Yes! We’ll make sure your team has the resources to be able to use and update the site pain-free. Included in your project cost is custom training needed for your team. We’ll work with you to decide on what works best; whether it’s a training call, training videos, or both.

Sometimes – we’d be happy to scope out the current website, and if it’s a type of website we can add onto. Generally, we don’t work in code that we did not build ourselves, so if the section you’re looking to build is stand alone, then this may be a good fit for us. If not, then we may not be the team for this.

Once the site is launched and the post launch support is completed, you may want maintenance for the site. This agreement can work in 2 different ways:

Retainer agreement:

Our retainer agreements start at 15 hours a month. A retainer agreement with our team means we will reserve hours in our schedule each month to prioritize your work.

Ad Hoc:

If a retainer agreement is more than you expect you’ll need, we also offer our services ad hoc. Our ad hoc services are added to our regular pipeline, and thus cannot be guaranteed a turn around time. If choosing this option, we recommend making a laundry list of change requests so we can schedule a few items into our pipeline at once and give you an overall cost for making all of the changes involved.
