01 — Getting started
What we build, when your project can start, and how long it takes to launch.
We design and develop custom websites on WordPress and Shopify, from service-business sites to full ecommerce stores. We’ll recommend the platform that best fits your goals, budget and how your team wants to manage content.
New projects usually kick off about one month after booking. For example, if you book on January 1, your project would typically start on February 1. Our availability changes often, so get in touch even if you need a website sooner.
Most websites take 8–12 weeks from kickoff to launch, following our build process. If you need to launch sooner, we can fast-track your project for an additional rush fee.
02 — Quality
Every site is built to be found, usable by everyone, and great on any screen.

Yes. Every site launches after a thorough quality assurance process, and for 90 days after launch we fix any bugs you find at no additional cost.
Let us know. Bugs reported within 90 days of launch are fixed free of charge. After that, fixes can be handled through a maintenance retainer or as ad hoc work.
Yes, custom training is included in every project. We’ll tailor it to your team, with a live training call, training videos, or both, so you can update your site with confidence.
Yes, in two ways:
Retainer: choose a monthly, quarterly or yearly retainer. We reserve time in our schedule so your requests are prioritized.
Ad hoc: work is added to our regular pipeline as you need it, without a guaranteed turnaround time. Tip: batch your change requests into one list so we can schedule them together and quote the total up front.
Often, yes. We offer maintenance and improvements for existing websites, including troubleshooting, new functionality and store maintenance packages. Every site is different, so we’ll review yours first and tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit. You can also find DIY tips on our blog.
