Phase 01
Get clear on your goals, your people and your direction before a single pixel is designed.
Before we begin, we discover what success means for you, and the requirements needed to reach those goals.
With your goals defined, we bring your whole team and ours together for a two-hour deep dive into your current pain points, your goals and your design ambitions.
We map out a high-level sitemap and user journey to meet your goals, then turn our design discovery into mood board options so you can choose the look, feel and direction of your new site.
Phase 02
Shape the structure first, then bring it to life visually.
Next we get granular, sketching every section of your site in low fidelity. By the end, everyone knows exactly how the content will be laid out and how the site is structured.
With the layout agreed, we create the full visual design of your website, with all the bells and whistles that bring it together.
Phase 03
Bring your site online, hand over the keys and stick around to make sure it thrives.
Once the designs are approved, we build the front and back end to suit your needs, matching the designs exactly and building accessibly and responsively. Then you review everything on a staging site before launch.
When you give the green light, we launch the site on your hosting environment and make sure it’s fully optimized for search engines.
All the content on your site is fully editable and built to grow with you. We run a hands-on training session with your team and record personalized training videos for anything that needs a deeper dive.
Our quality assurance is thorough, but if you find a bug within 90 days of launch, we’ll fix it at no additional cost. Need ongoing help? Monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance retainers are available.
